Breaking Celtic transfer fee record won't faze Odsonne Edouard - Scott Brown

ESPN FC's Stewart Robson breaks down the latest transfer rumours surrounding Paul Pogba, Rafinha and more in Rumour Rater.

Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard will not be weighed down by the club record £9 million transfer fee the Scottish Premiership side paid for him, captain Scott Brown has said.

Edouard, who spent last season with the Scottish champions on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, signed a four-year permanent deal on Friday and the fee is behind only the £12m Glasgow rivals Rangers paid for Tore Andre Flo in 2000.

Celtic complete record move for PSG youth product Odsonne Edouard

Odsonne Edouard played a key role as Celtic secured a second successive Treble.
Odsonne Edouard will stay at Celtic after a loan spell from Paris Saint-Germain last season.

"From the moment I walked into Celtic, the club has felt like home to me," Edouard, who signed a four-year...

Ejaria, 20, spent the second half of last season on loan at Sunderland in the Championship and will continue to gain more first-team experience this term in the Scottish Premiership.

The midfielder, who has made eight appearances for Liverpool's senior side, has also extended his contract at the Merseyside club.

Mere days after officially starting his new job as Glasgow Rangers manager, Steven Gerrard rewarded himself with a holiday.
