Professional Footballers Australia are still resolving the issue, but Bridge has wasted no time picking...

Arsenal defeated Western Sydney 3-1 in their final preseason match on their Sydney tour.
Western Sydney's Tony Popovic refused to get drawn into the hype Wenger gave to his squad following their defeat.

Western Sydney coach Tony Popovic has allayed fears Brendon Santalab's problematic shoulder could impact his A-League season, predicting the veteran striker will return to training this week.

Santalab was conspicuously absent from the Wanderers squad that lost 3-1 to Arsenal on Saturday night, after falling awkwardly on his shoulder during Tuesday's friendly with the Olyroos.

The 34-year-old had a reconstruction in late 2014 and re-injured it early the next year.

"He'll be fine," Popovic said. "We...
