Paris Saint-Germain put on a show at the Parc des Princes with a Neymar brace alongside hat tricks from Kylian Mbappé and Edinson Cavani marking a 9-0 win.

Paris Saint-Germain obliterated Guingamp 9-0 at Parc des Princes on Saturday to move a provisional 13 points clear at the Ligue 1 summit.

Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani both scored hat tricks, while Neymar added two and Thomas Meunier another one in the most one-sided of results.

Positives

The three points, Mbappe and Cavani getting trebles and Neymar combining well with both of them was all very good, but Marco Verratti's first-half injury overshadowed all of that because of the lack of depth...

Paris Saint-Germain returned to Ligue 1 action in 2019 with a 3-0 win away on Saturday at Amiens, reaching 50 Championnat points in record time at Stade de la Licorne.

Edinson Cavani opened the scoring with a second-half penalty before turning provider for Kylian Mbappe. It was left to Marquinhos to finish the scoring as Thomas Tuchel's men eased to victory over their 10-man hosts.
