Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodgers picks Man City over Liverpool in title race

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has had his say on the Premier League title race.
A self-confessed Manchester City fan, Rodgers is backing Pep Guardiola's side to retain the league crown over Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool.
"Liverpool is great and Klopp is a lot of fun to watch on the sidelines," the NFL star said. "They're a great team, but I like City's chances."

The Packers had a vacancy open for the role of head coach in December before Matt LaFleur filled it. By the sounds of it, Guardiola's style could be a good example for the new coach to follow.
"I've been following them for a while," Rodgers added. "I've been a fan on the Premier League for a long time.
"I just love the way he [Guardiola] coaches, the way he handles the team. It's fun to pull for guys that charismatic -- they care about it so much, the passion.
"It doesn't matter what sport or what you're into, when you see somebody who is passionate about something, it just kind of makes you feel some sort of connection towards them. So I'm definitely a City fan and excited about the way they're playing this year."
