The Exploding Heads preview the huge game between Man City and Tottenham, and the Dembele-go-around.

Another weekend of top Premier League action is upon us, and it's a big one for Pep Guardiola as his Manchester City side take on Tottenham. City have struggled in recent months, while Tottenham are on the rise, but who will come out on top at the Etihad?

Meanwhile, Chelsea have Diego Costa back in the squad but don't seem to need him that much as they take on lowly Hull City seven points clear at the top of the table.

Burnley rotation works perfectly with easy win in FA Cup third round replay

Sam Vokes scored one as Burnley cruised to a win vs. a very poor Sunderland side.

Burnley cruised into the fourth round of the FA Cup thanks to a 2-0 home win over Sunderland with a supremely controlled performance, now booking a tie against Bristol City at Turf Moor a week on Saturday.

Goals from strikers Sam Vokes and second-half substitute Andre Gray were enough to seal a comfortable victory, the team's ninth at home against Premier League opposition this season. Better yet, once the Clarets were in front the end result was never in doubt against a very poor Sunderland side.

Joey Barton proves that he still has the class to cut it in the Premier League

Joey Barton made an immediate impact on his return to Turf Moor, coming off the bench to down Southampton.
Joey Barton made an immediate impact on his return to Turf Moor, coming off the bench to down Southampton.
Joey Barton scores on his Burnley return, and explains he's just happy to be back playing football.

Joey Barton made a fairy-tale return to Turf Moor, as he scored the winning goal in a 1-0 win against Southampton on Saturday.

The match was forgettable, with few chances created by either side, but the Clarets' eighth home win of the season nudged them into the top half of the table.

With 26 points already collected, survival looks a virtual certainty with 17 games still to go. Barton will earn all the headlines and rightly so, as he proved he still has the class and ability to decide matches in...

Sean Dyche must tweak formation in light of Burnley's wounded wide men

A slate of eight fixtures are set to undergo Saturday in the Premier League, headlined by Leicester's clash with Chelsea.

Sean Dyche finds himself with an unusual selection issue for Saturday's home game against Southampton, with plenty of central midfield choices, but not many possible options out wide. Scott Arfield and Johann Gudmundsson both collected hamstring injuries in last weekend's FA Cup third-round draw at Sunderland and the first-choice pair of wide men are not expected to be available as a result.

George Boyd is one of Dyche's most trusted lieutenants but after the 31-year-old, the winger cupboard is...

Van Dijk, Yoshida's form show Fonte is no longer irreplaceable for Saints

Virgil van Dijk
One of the world's top centre-backs, Virgil van Dijk's class and leadership have been on full display this season.

When Jose Fonte first dropped his transfer bombshell on Southampton he would have been under the impression he was irreplaceable.

Having hardly missed a single Premier League game in the last three seasons Fonte has provided the defensive stability around which much of the club's success has been built.

The captain has also helped Southampton cope with their wave of big-name departures by leading from example and helping maintain team spirit in a rapidly changing dressing room.
