Neymar, Gianluigi Buffon and Leonardo Bonucci named to FIFPro World 11

Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon explains the significance of winning the 2017 Best FIFA Goalkeeper award.
Craig Burley and Alexis Nunes sift through Cristiano Ronaldo's stats from 2017 as he claimed the Best FIFA Men's Player award.

Gianluigi Buffon, Neymar and Leonardo Bonucci are the new names in the 2017 FIFPro World 11, joining the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Juventus and Italy goalkeeper Buffon was named to the team for the first time since 2007, ending a four-year reign by Bayern Munich's Manuel Neuer.

Earlier on Monday, Buffon was also named FIFA's Goalkeeper of the Year.

His nearest rival in the election, Aleko Elisashvili, took just under...

Bonucci's arrival forced Milan manager Vincenzo Montella to disassemble his scheme and switch to a back three. At this stage last year, they were third; currently, they're 11th. Meanwhile, Juve have dropped from first to fourth but, more worryingly, have conceded more than twice as many goals -- 13 to...

Vincenzo Montella 'getting sick of' VAR following Leonardo Bonucci dismissal

Gab Marcotti explains the dire situation Milan could find themselves in if they fail to finish in Serie A's top four.

AC Milan coach Vincenzo Montella says he is "sick" of video assistant referees (VAR) after Leonardo Bonucci was sent off as a result of a video replay being viewed during his side's goalless draw with Genoa on Sunday.

Referee Piero Giacomelli had not seen an incident involving Bonucci and Genoa's Aleandro Rosi, with both players grappling as they went for the ball.

However, VAR Paolo Mazzoleni called Giacomelli to say that Bonucci had elbowed his opponent and should be sent off, and with less than...
